secrets. Lovell's
choice of subject and obvious
love of painting have earned him
top recognition by officially
being titled "Tennessee's
Artist in Residence"
2001-2003 by the State Senate's
majority vote. Born and raised in
Cheatham County, Tennessee,
Lovell's love
for painting shows in each of his
paintings. He enriches us all
with his art, which beautifully
portrays the peaceful moments in
life which touch all of us. The
H.R. Lovell Gallery is located on
the Historic Court Square in
Charlotte, Tennessee. From
time-to-time Mr. Lovell will
feature an "Artist's
Choice" print that is
selected to capture a season,
holiday or event.
